10.0Great location, so spacious which was lovely with the sitting room and dining room very cosy. Even in December the conservatory was a sun trap. Bathrooms were luxurious and the towels were lovely and soft. The house was full of sunlight, and a very relaxing place to be. Would have been 5 stars and 10 out of 10 if it wasn't for those teabags :-)
− No welcome pack, just two lonely teabags and some sugar crumbs which was a bit mean. The house wasn't dressed for Christmas which was disappointing and we were looking forward to using the aga which wasn't on. But these were minor gripes....
A lovely place to spend a week; a few tweeks and it would have been perfect!
8.0Staying at Three Ash Farm was a trip back in time - we had stayed there with my parents in the late 1970s and with our young children in the 1980s. It was a joy to return! The house is spacious and very comfortable, with views of the countryside. We enjoyed the conservatory, watching the variety of birds feeding in the garden. Very comfortable beds!
− Our biggest problem was lack of instructions -the TV wasn't easy to operate at first and the central heating was a little challenging to begin with. In one of the descriptions of the property, it mentioned a "Welcome Pack". Although there were tea bags, some coffee and sugar, a pint of milk would have been appreciated.
Very relaxing stay in a beautiful location
9.0The location was lovely - very peaceful and the garden safe and secure for the dogs. The hosts were extremely helpful and responded to our queries immediately. The house was spacious and had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. This would also be a great family location for families. We would definitely visit again.
− There were some cobwebs around the house which should probably have been dealt with by the cleaners!
