3.0- Relatief goedkoop gezien de grootte van het appartement.
− - Geen airconditioning aanwezig terwijl de advertentie duidelijk aangaf dat dit wel degelijk aanwezig is. Enorm bedrieglijk. Het was bijgevolg ondraaglijk warm. Zelfs tot in de vroege uren (04:00) was het nog steeds ~28°C (zie foto). Dit is het resultaat van de ongelukkige ligging van het (hoek)appartement waar de zon de hele dag op schijnt. De eigenaar bezorgde wel een "mobiele airco" maar dit bleek een goedkope "air cooler" te zijn die niets hielp. Zelfs na het openen van alle ramen voelde het aan alsof je in een oven bent, vooral in de slaapkamer. - De beschrijving van de toegang tot het appartement was vaag en verwarrend. De eigenaar deelt, zonder verdere uitleg, mee dat het appartement zich "aan de achterkant van het gebouw bevindt". Dit bleek de ingang van een dokterspraktijk te zijn waarbij de toegang werd geweigerd. Een betere omschrijving, bv. met een korte schets om het gebouw te betreden, had nuttig geweest. Ik heb het appartement dan moeten betreden via de garage. - De vloeren kraken enorm. - Het bad was defect. - Gevaarlijke trappen in het appartement met "reflecterende strips" die 's nachts niet werken omdat ze daarvoor niet dienen (zie foto).

10.0My staying at this beautiful place was very nice! I loved the way how I’ve been welcome, very friendly and clear informations. I’ve arrived earlier and it wasn’t a problem at all. The garage for the car is also a great +. And the fresh redbull was ++. Really good located, really clean and comfy. Feels like home ! Thank you really much I’ll come back with pleasure !
