9.0Spacious room, well appointed, separate shower cubicle in large bathroom, very comfy bed and very obliging staff. Decent, tasty home made south indian breakfast. Terrace with vast view facing west and constant breeze. Pleasing bamboo funiture too.

9.0proximity to this property. it's right on the road to Ooty. since it's a new property the rooms n bathrooms are clean. Kingson who is the caretaker is very helpful and always available. wifi is good. rooms are spacious. AC is very effective. They have good terrace having seating arrangements for food consumption.
