6.0Die Terrasse und die Lage waren toll. Und der Gastgeber hat schnell reagiert und geantwortet.
− Das Bett war SEHR weich und etwas durchgelegen. Die Küchenausstattung war okay. Leider hatten wir sehr starken Regen während unseres Aufenthaltes und die Terrassentür war nicht ganz dicht. Generell ist alles etwas abgenutzt aber ausreichend.

8.0Апартаменты в центре, недалеко от конечной/начальной остановки автобуса "Порт". До каждого из двух пляжей поблизости -- 10-15 минут неспешной ходьбы. Много кафе и пр. рядом, в том числе "культовых". Магазины в шаговой доступности. Порт прямо тут. Достопримечательности рядом. Хозяин разрешил раннее заселение (в 13 часов вместо обозначенных 15) и позднее выселение (12 вместо 10). Но это в несезон.
− Главное, что надо иметь в виду: очень узкая лестница в доме. Не каждый полный человек сможет подняться по ней. Мы жили на 4 этаже, к квесту привыкли со временем. Живущим ниже -- темнее, ибо напротив через пару метров -- другое здание. Иногда был запах из душа, но это привычно в таких городах
Une bonne adresse calme en pleine ville
9.0L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter la ville et se déplacer hors de ville (bateaux et bus à proximité). L’accueil et la réactivité de Rosario sont impeccables, les informations qu’il fournit sont très très utiles. La chambre est spacieuse et la terrasse agréable. Même les quatre étages à pied ne sont pas un problème, sauf peut-être avec un grosse valise car l’escalier est très étroit.
− Le matelas est un peu mou à mon goût. La douche n’est pas très efficace, le pommeau pourrait donner un peu d’eau

− Zacieki pod klimatyzatorem, maleńki prysznic, nie najnowszy materac, strasznie zniszczone meble kuchenne.
