10.0We found the perfect place for our stay in Rome. Conveniently located near Termini station, the cozy room had a private bathroom, a comfortable king-size bed, and a coffee machine. The host was clear and friendly, and we would gladly recommend this accommodation.

5.0Great location right next to the train station, metro, and bus station too. Plenty of shops around. The cleaner we met was lovely. The room itself wasn't bad, coffee machine, small desk, queen bed. Room 6 has 2 bathrooms in 1 with 2 showers which was great. The AC was great too. A few days into our stay we came back and the bed had been remade with new towels too.
− The room wasn't cleaned when we arrived, the bed still old bedding, crumbs everywhere, mirror covered in toothpaste etc. When I contacted the owner about this they were quite rude. Me and my partner had just arrived after a flight and just needed to settle a bit, so we wanted to know how long it would be for the cleaner to arrive and for our room to be cleaned, and the only response I'd get over and over would be "the girls are arriving". We were waiting outside our room for 1.5hrs after this message then a cleaner arrived. We also never saw the owner throughout the whole 6 days we stayed, reception never had anyone on it. There's ants all over the room too which lets getting into our food and clothes.

8.0Bieżąca komunikacja z Właścicielem. Cicho, klimatyzacja ok, wygodne łóżka. Blisko do dworca, spacerem również do innych atrakcji. Sklep niedaleko. Strefa dla palących gości oddzielnie.
− 4 piętro jest uciążliwe, zwłaszcza przy podróżowaniu z dzieckiem w wózku jeszcze, jednak w budynku jest mała winda. Niestety za każdym razem trzeba było pamiętać i stosować kody wejścia (3 pod rząd), aby dostać się do pokoju. Brak talerzyka czy łyżeczki choćby. Łóżko piętrowe było uszkodzone - bez zabezpieczenia łóżka górnego, dlatego nikt nie był w stanie tam spać (drabinka zdemontowana stała w szafie).
