10.0Easy access, even arriving late just check your phone for details as desk is not 24/7 manned. Very clean and spacious rooms.

1.0The room was okay pretty big for two people
− Our experience felt much more like staying in a hostel than a hotel, and we didn’t feel safe during our stay. We arrived at 2:00 PM instead of the standard 4:00 PM check-in time and were charged an additional £30 for early check-in. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving at around 12:30 AM because of repeated screaming and shouting in the hallways. At one point, a man came through reception shouting and slamming doors, which made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unsafe. There also appeared to be no staff present at the reception desk, meaning anyone could walk in through the front entrance without challenge. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and due to the lack of security and the disturbance throughout the evening, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
