− Nul !!! le gars n'était même pas là à l'adresse indiquée, hôtel bidon qui n'existe pas et n'est même plus référencé depuis ma plainte chez Booking. J'ai leur ai demandé depuis 3 mois de s'acquitter par retour du remboursement dûment justifié couvrant les frais du nouvel hôtel à 2 heures de route la nuit tombée, faute de quoi je donnerai suite au Tribunal et aux associations de consommateurs concernées. J'attends toujours après 9 plaintes successives sans réponses, et je ne manquerai pas de vous tenir au courant de la suite donnée par Booking...

10.0Value for price, kind staff, new facility, electricity I visited Wadi Rum over 10 times, not the tourism guide, but living in Jordan over 10 years. I can say they are truly exceptional and working hard.

Exceptional stay
10.0It was a wonderful stay, we didn't regret choosing it. Ali was a wonderful host, he took us on a jeep tour that I can only describe as magical. Dinner and breakfast were delicious and varied. We sat around the fire in the evening and talked about the customs, traditions and Bedouin culture. The morning view from the tent was magical, beautiful and unforgettable. Highly recommend.

10.0Wonderful camp and exceptional location, we did not regret choosing it. Everything was organized from the beginning, from our reception until our farewell... The tents were fully equipped with a heating system. The view was magical. A wonderful jeep tour. Ali took some pictures for us. Dinner and breakfast were varied and delicious. I wish you good luck, my friends.
