− Hände weg! Vollkommen überteuert. In den ersten beiden Tagen am Abend jeweils ca. 3 Stunden Stromausfall und kein fliessendes Wasser. Kein Notstromaggregat wie in fast allen anderen Hotels in Diego Suarez üblicherweise vorhanden. Der Tresor funktionierte nicht. Dieser Mangel wurde trotz Bitte an das Personal dies zu tun bis zum Ende meines Aufenthaltes nicht behoben. Frühstück einfach gehalten, keinerlei Abwechslung. Viel zu wenig Kaffee. Im Zimmer nur sehr wenig Stauraum für Kleidung. In das Hotel ist seit Jahren sichtlich nichts mehr investiert worden. Alles eher kalt und lieblos gehalten. Bei all den Mängeln hatte man dort bei einer Rechnung in Höhe von 225,59 € nicht einmal die Kulanz auf glatt 225 Euro abzurunden und beharrte trotz der eklatanten Mängel auf die Bezahlung von 226 Euro.
