9.0It was clean . Had all required facilities .overall experience was good but what truly stood out was exceptional support from the manager Mr Farhan .he was extremely helpful & professional . Went out of his way to offer help . This was d most positive experience of my stay .

4.0− We arrived at the property after 5 pm, and the room wasn't ready... hasn't been cleaned up, which I think is unacceptable, especially when we said in advance our estimated arrival time. We had a cleaner nearby, so he did the cleaning, which was still poor. If it wasn't the case of us only sleeping there, it could have really destroyed our trip. It's not great service, in my opinion.
