Location was perfect the City right on your doorstep. With Tesco a 2 minute stroll and pub across from it with decent food at good value. A 10 minute walk from train station made it easy to reach. Accommodation was spotless. We had air con in the apartment which was so handy as our 4 days here were extremely hot. Netflix on TV so if you have kids they will be happy. A lovely apartment which had plenty of room for 4 of us. Everything you could need is so close by. I looked for a early check-in if possible and Dave got back to me to say that could be arranged depending on availability and true to his word a few days beforehand we were granted a 10am check-in. If you are staying in Peterborough you honestly could not pick better accommodation or host.

− Only negative and it's wasn't a big deal is sofa bed mattress was tough enough but wouldn't stop me from staying here.

W"e enjoyed our stay except for the comments above.We would stay there again.

The location is good in the centre,cl;ose to pubs and shops and a 15 minute walk to the railway station.

− This is the 3rd time we have stayed at this location and we have never been able to get the Television to work.Also in the seperate bathroom the hot water to the bath/shower did not work meaning we could only use the shower in the bedroom. Also the room was inside the building with no outside light making it very dingy.In the kitchen the cutlery was very inadequate.

Convenient location to the city centre, shops and restaurants. Kitchen was a decent size. Caretakering staff helpful and friendly.

− Furniture in the flat was of poor quality. Sofa bed uncomfortable. Ensuite shower very small - minimal room to move around. Outdoor area neglected - needs weeding.

Really good as it fitted the bill and we could walk easily around the town.

No Breakfast - self catering. Handy Tesco.

− Found the TV tricky. Could not easily access main stream programmes. Thought there should be drinks mats as I didn't want to put a hot drink directly on the table.

It is in a great area with lots of options of what to eat , and so close to the city centre

It was so easy to get the keys as i was helped by gentleman looking after the reception . Could do with second set of keys so we could do seperate things
