2.0Location is nice directly on the beach. Clean and orderly.
− There was a flood that must have been caused by torrential rains that occurred for 13 hours straight. The maintenance man barged into the condo yelling and accusing us of causing it, which was not the case. We were evicted without cause and threatened to be out and packed within 15-25 minutes or the police would be called. We were treated like trash or criminals when it was a clear issue due to the weather. The owner did not refund the days paid in advance. The door was open slightly for less than a minute because the home is temp controlled from the owner's app and it was very warm. Due to some mist on the floor, it was assumed that the flood (that occurred likely also in part because the building is very old) was caused by us. I rent properties for the past 19 years and never would I evict someone for a natural disaster and humiliate my guests like this owner did. It felt like a scam because it was unbelievably disrespectful after paying a significant amount for 5 days and not receiving a refund for the days we were not there.

− Please add a statement that this is not handicapped accessible. Steep staircase. The back splash in the kitchen needs attention.
Perfect family vacation spot to experience the best of Rehoboth.
10.0Beautifully remodeled and decorated. Excellent location. Private balcony with direct ocean view. Great pool access. Close to everything. Amazing sunrise view from balcony.
