9.0Sehr freundliche Familie, schöne, saubere, geräumige Wohnung mit Meerblick. Supper Lage, nur 5 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt. Kommen gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
− Duschvorhang sollte ausgetauscht werden, Toilette sehr klein und eng und in unserem Appartement hat es keinen Balkon gegeben obwohl es gestanden ist.

8.0Bellissimo appartamento molto confortevole dotato di tutto. Particolarmente bella la terrazza fronte mare! Dotato di ogni confort e, cosa non scontata, venivano fornite su richiesta cialde caffè, detersivo lavatrice e capsule lavastoviglie..a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro di Pineto. Terzo piano dotato di ampio ascensore.
− Mancanza di parcheggio privato.

Tutto sommato una buona vacanza con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo
9.0L’appartamento è ben tenuto e accogliente. Piccoli problemi sono stati subito risolti da Gaia che ha sempre risposto in tempi rapidi risolvendoli.
− La cucina dovrebbe essere più attrezzata e la vicinanza coi binari della linea adriatica si fa sentire anche se la buona tenuta dei serramenti limita il disturbo del rumore di notte
