10.0The location was amazing. Walking distance to the water and around a lot of food options.
Convenient, sweet garden view apartment near the ocean
8.01. Laura our host provided detailed information and was very responsive to our communication. 2. Location was conveniently located, across from the wonderful Fish Market and lots of shopping, 3. Apartment was clean, nicely furnished and relatively quiet. 4. Patio view of garden was beautiful! 5. Having dedicated parking spot was great. 6. Thank you for recycling bins near entrance. 7. Honokowai Beach Park was a short walk from apartment and very pretty.
− 1. The knock on the door, the morning of our departure by pest control experts - asking us to vacate the apartment for one hour, while they sprayed the room, was very disruptive and poorly scheduled. 2. The gardeners had very loud machinery, which produced about 90 minutes of disruptiveness to the quietude. 3. There was no sea view, (as advertised) unless we left our room. Ocean access was not inviting for swimming/snorkeling, not easily accessible nor very pretty.

10.0The buildiing is nice and small and there is lots of shade so the condo stays cool with no need for air conditioning. The building is right on the sea and has a lovely place to watch the sunset. The condo is well laid out and has everything you need. It is very quiet and calm. Wonderful tropical foliage view from the lani.
− There is a lot of clutter in the condo and culling some of it would be a good idea. The place needs a deep clean but the surfaces are clean.
