1.0− Hice la reserva de 2 adultos y un niño de 10 años y me cobraron en el hotel 33$ mas ya que en la reserva por error de la app marco el niño como 0 la fila para hacer chekin son larga y demoran muchísimo asi ya llenes el preregistro online me entregaron la habitación a las 5pm y te quitan la habitación a las 12 en punto sin importancia en la app de reserva pésima gestión para mantener una comunicación con el cliente nadie pudo resolver la situación en el momento y decía pagar en el establecimiento y se me hizo el cobro automático de no haver sido asi ni pagaba el hotel al ver todas esas cosas las toallas de picsina se agotan los show cuando hay lluvia se cancelan ya que no cuentan con un lugar bajo techo

1.0El cine en la playa definitivamente y un show los otros 2 pésimos....
− Los vasos del restaurante daban asco, no hay sport bar, te dan los frescos en almuerzo hay q estar esperando, tienen una refri sin una agua o cica o algo ceroooo, mil gradas y si te montan en la microbus es una hablada del chofer, se pagó un paquete de cumpleaños y fue tirar la plata nunca llego el chef no nos dieron postre eran 2 cumpleaños y fue tome y listo nooo nooo ni un feliz cumpleaños.. Definitivamente no volveremos..... Los 5 dias q estuvimos no cambiaron sabanas. Habia q pedir paños x q si no noo los cambian, no esta bien el aire se pidio q revisaran y nooo siguió igual, comida era lo mismosi dan en desayuno papas en almuerzo eran papas con queso... Y queso era liquido no no y en la noche hasta las 2 am y no hay ni donde calentar pan q dejan tieso... Lo peor para ser un hotel 4 estrellas. 2 restaurante buffet con lo mismo caminar mil subir gradas noooo no...
