− die Couch lud nicht unbedingt zum sitzen ein und die Heizkörper waren nicht alle entlüftet

8.0Apartment location is very convenient - 1 minute from U-Bahn and bus stop, just 10-15 min walk to Deutsche Oper Berlin and to Charlottenburg castle. Apartment has everything you need.
− Some pans have to be replaced. We were not able to turn on heating.

We are generally satisfied. It was pleasant for our kind of stay, we didn't stay much inside.
7.0It's a big apartment, there is a coach, useful and normal kitchen with toaster, microwave, oven. There is also a balcony. Very close to the U7 bahn - 10 meters away literally. Good price. Good supermarkets in the area. Available and kind host, easy communication.
− Well connected, but still very far, at least 40-50 min with public transport to the center. No shower gel, only hand soap. Only one toilet roll for 3 pp-3 days. Building old but we knew it and was no problem for us.
