6.0La struttura ha una posizione favorevole, con parcheggio interno e a pochi passi dal Centro di Oristano. Gianluca è un host che pur non essendo presente in loco è stato super disponibile.
− L’appartamento andrebbe rinnovato, viaggiamo in tutto il mondo… ed è bene comprendere che il prezzo non deve essere legato solamente alla stagione o al posto, bensì ai servizi offerti. Letto scomodo, cigolante, cuscini poco comfort. Cucina da rinnovare, con materiale datato. Bagno con l’essenziale. Consigliamo un leggero restyling per rendere il tutto più congruente al prezzo richiesto.

10.0L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica perché consente di arrivare alle spiagge più celebri come Is Arutas e Mare Ermi in poco tempo in auto, inoltre è posizionato nel centro a pochi passi da negozi, ristoranti e luoghi artistici da visitare di Oristano. In particolare è a pochi minuti a piedi da un eccellente ristorante denominato Da Sid. L'appartamento è accessoriato di tutti i comfort, a partire dalla cucina con lavastoviglie, lavatrice, forno a microonde, frigorifero capiente e oggetti utili per la casa. Ha due ampi balconi con stendibiancheria. Il gestore, Gianluca, è molto disponibile e gentile. Il posto auto è al coperto nel cortile del palazzo.

10.0Appartamento pulito vicinissimo al centro di Oristano. Comodissimo il parcheggio interno. Facilità nel raggiungere le spiagge. Molti locali e ristoranti nelle vicinanze. Molto disponibile e gentile il proprietario sig. Gianluca.

9.0What a lovely apartment and the private secure parking is a real bonus. Gianluca’s explanation for the check-in was faultless. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice to have two decks. The apartment was very centrally located, just a two minute walk to the city centre.
