10.0The breakfast and dinner werr splendid, we had the kaiseki dinner for all 3 nights and the last night was a very nice shabu shabu set. The public onsen was perfect, many to choose and great atmosphere. I also love the sauna and heating rokm where you can lay down and take a nap.

3.0従業員の教育は良くされていて、言葉使いも丁寧に出来てます。
− 館全体の暖房が低く、廊下の一部は外気がそのまま入ってきた また、館内のスリッパが無く、階段が使いにくい 室内の露天風呂が熱すぎ、また、熱水噴出孔からの湯がやけどをしそう、また、そんな注意書きも泣く、温度の設定変更はその都度フロントに電話しないといけないので、めっちゃ不便、また、電話しても暫く熱湯が出てた。

8.0料理もとてもこだわりを感じました。とても美味しかったです。館内着がなんども貸し出ししてもらえたのがありがたい。 初めてアカスリを，体験しましたが、スタッフさんが気さくで安心して気持ちよかったです。また行きたきです。
− 訪問時期が夏だったので、館内着が暑かった。夏用もあれば良いいと思いました。 お風呂を利用できる時間が決まってたので、10時ではなく、朝は早くから利用できるようにして欲しいです。
Exceptional
10.0Oh my! The absolute best hotel we stayed at. The ryokan was absolute. Outside foot bath. Hot stone rest room. Onsen in and out real onsen (people go there more for that). The dinner was a poetry. All music to my ears. Absolute amazing place.
− The shoes business maybe? Hard to find something not to like. They took our shoes to check in and we were like hum.... how we get our luggage then ? Nothing really we did not like.
