Location

− Privacy concerns and inaccurate listing The location was convenient, however we experienced serious privacy issues during our stay. The host entered the private garden and pool area while we were present. The living room is directly visible from the garden, which resulted in a significant loss of privacy and discomfort. Communication and handling of the situation afterwards were not reassuring and did not meet expected hospitality standards. Additionally, two rooms were locked despite the listing stating “entire apartment,” which was misleading and did not reflect the accommodation provided. Due to these issues, I cannot recommend this property.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit direkter Strandlage

Sehr schönes Apartment direkt am Strand und mit allem was man braucht. In die Stadt ist es auch nur ein kurzer Spaziergang. Vor allem das Bett war auch sehr komfortabel (: Markus und Sascha als Gastgeber haben sich auch um alles gekümmert und waren immer erreichbar!

− Die Poolpumpe ist etwas laut, sie lässt sich aber von den Zeiten individuell einstellen und läuft nicht durchgehend. Im Schlafzimmer hat man sie aber gar nicht gehört! Es ist zweimal das Wasser ausgefallen, das kann aber auch an der Infrastruktur des Landes liegen.

Markus ist ein aussergewöhnlicher Gastgeber und stets erreichbar und bemüht alles zu regeln. Die Lage war für uns genial, da wir jeden Tag im Meer schwimmen konnten (Monat Oktober/November) und zu Fuss viele tolle Bars und Restaurants erreichbar sind und ebenso ein kleiner Supermarkt. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet!

− Etwas wofür der Gastgeber gar nichts dafür kann: leider haben sich die Bauarbeiten in der Siedlung verzögert. Markus hat das im Inserat klar deklariert und deshalb auch im Vorhinein ein Preisnachlass gewährt - das finden wir mehr als fair. Der entsprechende Baulärm war für uns ganz ok.
