A cosy and comfortable cottage in a beautiful and peaceful location. We loved the surprisingly spacious well equipped cottage especially the conservatory where you can sit to soak up the surrounding area whatever the weather. The view is amazing and it is so quiet all you hear are the birds and the crickets. We loved just sitting in the garden and listening to and watching the birds.

− It is pretty remote but that's what makes it so peaceful and it does only take 10-15 mins to get into fishguard. It would have been nice to have access to a sun umbrella (maybe we just couldn't find it) as the sun was petty intense at times.

A beautiful cottage in the most peaceful situation. Exactly what we needed. The cottage had everything one needed, and the most comfortable bed, would definitely stay there again.

− There is nothing we didn't like, it was ideal.

For us, this property was a much-needed retreat. It gave us time to breathe, unwind and enjoy the peaceful countryside.

We had a wonderful stay at Ty Pegi and would happily return. The location is absolutely stunning. Set in a remote and peaceful area near Fishguard, it felt like a real retreat from everyday life. The views across the countryside were beautiful, and one of our favourite parts was sitting in the lovely sun room watching the birds and appreciating the peace and quiet. The property was very clean, welcoming and well presented. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the cottage felt cosy whilst still being well proportioned and spacious enough for our needs. The fireplace was a real highlight and made the evenings especially relaxing. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, including fresh milk and waffles waiting for us on arrival, along with cleaning products and access to a washing machine, which came in very handy after we hadn’t packed enough clothes for the unexpectedly sunny weather! An additional oven tray would be useful, and some of the kitchen cupboards, utensils and inside units could benefit from a deeper clean, but this is only a minor observation rather than a criticism. Communication with the hosts was excellent. They were very responsive and helpful throughout. The Wi-Fi was occasionally unreliable, but we were aware of this before arriving due to the property’s remote location. In truth, it turned out to be a blessing in disguise and encouraged us to put our phones down, read books and properly switch off. We would highly recommend Ty Pegi to couples or small families looking for a peaceful countryside escape.
