The accommodation was on a top-notch level. Me and my family spent four nights in this beautiful, spacious place in the cozy neighbourhood of Maida Vale. Properly clean, modern, quiet (as the building structure is well-built and isolates the noise from the street outside) with an elegant design. The location is good as it does not take particularly long time to arrive, for instance, at Piccadilly Circus. The area itself has many cozy streets and smaller squares with restaurants and bars. We are more than satisfied in its general sense.

− It is difficult to find anything that could have been improved. The code display that is attached to the entrance was a bit weak/blurry and a bit difficult to navigate/handle, but apart from that, everything was on a high, high level.

Ogólnie polecam, ale szkoda że zarządzający nie dba o szczegóły które znacząco mogłyby poprawić komfort pobytu.

Duża przestrzeń i lokalizacja blisko przystanku to główne atuty. Wygodny check-in. Regulowane oświetlenie.

− Niestety naczynia w szafach były brudne, podobnie jak szklany stół oraz podłogi :/ 3 szklanki dla 6 osób to zdecydowanie za mało:/ Szklany stół w kuchni, ale brak środka czystości do przetarcia :/ Łóżko w dolnej sypialni - trzeszczy przy każdym przewróceniu się na bok i materaczapadający się do środka:/ Brak dyskretnego wpuszczenia światła w kuchni/jadalni bez ekspozycji na widok pieszych za oknem. Wszystko powyżej to są rzeczy do szybkiego skorygowania jeśli tylko zarządzającemu zależy na komforcie klientów.

We liked how spacious the accommodation was.

− The accommodation was not clean enough: the floors, furniture and walls were dirty. The door keypad was faulty, and the numbers were not visible.

− On the day of our arrival, we were informed that we could check into the apartment from 3:00 PM, yet the message regarding the additional £80 fee was not sent until 4:00 PM. We had received no prior notice of this extra cost, and we only obtained the exact address and entry code after making the payment. The host could not be reached by phone, which further complicated the situation. Although there were four of us, only three blankets were provided. The rooms were cold, the heating was not working, and there was no cutlery. Due to the unexpected extra cost, the difficult communication, and the lack of basic amenities, our stay was very disappointing.

O apartamento é excelente, muito espaçoso, moderno e confortável.

− Pedimos para colocar as malas antes do check in ao que responderam afirmativamente, mas depois não enviaram o código nem abriram a porta conforme combinado. Efetuei o pagamento da caução de 80 libras no ato do check in que era pressuposto ser devolvida depois de confirmarem o estado do apartamento, mas até agora não recebi esse valor de volta.
