3.0only the staff
− I booked a cuádruple room with TV and view and I got a very small room, no tv, no view. Also on the website shows a swimming pool but it was dirty. I didn’t feel safe inside the room because it was the only room with no secure lock.
LOOK OTHER OPTION !!! THIS PROPERTY IS VERY IRRESPONSABLE!!!!

− This property sends me a message that they do not have availability when I am arriving at my confirmed reservation, which is disrespectful, I play with the time of the users of the booking platform. I am a constant user of booking. Being in a country where I am a tourist, it is a holiday and there are no hotels. I arrived from Orlando, I drove 4 hours and the property in none of the descriptions mentions that it can tell you there is no availability. with a confirmed reservation. This damages the credibility of the platform and I generate three times in expenses for an irresponsible and unkind property.
