Poor management, wouldn’t recommend.
7.0A quaint little home in a quiet town, comfortable beds and a good base location for trips into cradle mountain and close to other towns with good pubs etc.
− The owner needs to sort out admin with booking.com, she requested me to pay extra for the make up of the second bedroom which I had notified the property of upon my booking request. I didn’t pay and won’t be. Located next to the main road / highway, traffic noise (unexpected). The house had an odd smell to it, potentially due to be locked up. All appliances were turned off, including the water taps to the washing machine which caused us a bit of pain (whites came out stained).
Railton is a lovely town, and The Grand Ole Topiary is a beautiful place to stay. The host is caring
9.0The house was beautiful- very cosy and well maintained. The gardens were picture perfect. The host rang us prior to arrival and was so caring and genuinely wanted our stay to be perfect.

8.0House was beautiful,gardens sweet.Very comfortable,easy access to shops and parks.
− Unfortunatly,heat pump went out so cottage was cold in the morning. Neighbours where noisy with music and reving car engines at midnight.Not the owners fault.
