6.0− The key lock broke on the second day, the batteries had run out. The owner was in Florida so we had to wait for her son to come and go get a new battery. We could not get access to the property for half an hour +, just glad this didn’t happen after midnight or not sure how we would have got in if at all. We expected an apology or some kind of compensation from the owner but we have had nothing, this has put us off staying there again

10.0Een prachtige woning binnen de stads muren van Chester. Zodoende stond je binnen enkele minuten lopen in hartje Chester. Woning was ook heel schoon en alles was aanwezig. Totaal geen overlast ondervonden van de stadse geluiden om je heen. Genoten van ons verblijf daar iedere dag.Echt een juweeltje van een woning +++++

− Not so much a negative but no measuring jug and instructions of how to use hob would have been beneficial
We had a lovely relaxing weekend in the beautiful townhouse.
10.0The house was beautiful and spotlessly clean. It's in an unbeatable location too. We had everything we needed and we will definitely return in the future.
