Nice accommodation, we are older and the stairs were a little intimidating for us. Very clean house.
8.0We didn't end up going to breakfast as it was at their other location and we needed to get back home. The other location was close by, In all fairness. We were just disappointed
− I should have asked about how many stairs were involved in getting to the room. We were glad we had our own bathroom. The owner IS very nice!
Having no outside windows in room a big drawback for me.

Someone just rented a room out of their home and called it a bed & breakfast - without breakfast.
3.0Facilities were clean and the caretaker was friendly.
− No breakfast at this bed and breakfast (read the fine print first). No clean towels the next night. No clean sheets the next night. No room to put clothes up or night bag. Bathroom was converted from a closet, no room to dry off. Someone just rented a room in their house and called it a bed & breakfast. Shared space with the caretaker and her children and grandchildren. The location is smack dab in the middle of a subdivision; calling this a farmhouse is misleading.

10.0The bed was comfortable. I loved the shower. It had great water pressure. The host was very friendly and he was a wonderful cook.
− The stairs to the room. My husband has bad knees. I will try and book a room on the lower level next time if they have one. It was extremely quiet lol. I will bring a fan or a sound machine next time.
Our stay was very comfortable.
10.0The location is fantastic. The house itself is a weird setup but they make it work! Both breakfasts were delicious.
− The rock parking lot/drive way made it difficult to roll luggage.
