Convenient place great for a short stay

8.0

The air conditioning in the property was much appreciated. Everything was clean and good use had been made of the space inside. Liked the fact we had coffee and tea available.

There were 3 of us staying. The towels were a bit inadequate -only 2 large towels (quite old) and one hand towel for our grandchild which wasn't really adequate. Parking on our first night was difficult due to other cars parked and reversing out the next day was horrendous as we caught our car on the kerb which we had no alternative but to drive over. The second night we reversed into the space for us and due to more considerate parking we were able to exit with out having to go over the kerb. The shower door was very stiff and needs some attention.

Adequate and would probably use again due to the excellent location.

Location was good and suited us.

Had an issue getting the keys, but that was our fault as not understanding the location of the property. Amenities were a little basic, a microwave with a grill setting would have been useful, but we managed. The only minor issue was there was a bit of noise from the other apartment or upstairs in the evening, as I was in the main bedroom, which was by the entrance door.

Clean, cosy, good location.

Noisy very thin walls, not much of a kitchen but ideal for a day or 2

Stressful

2.0

Nothing it’s a shame as it could be a little gem but the description is misleading the finish is not of a high standard the bed is cheap the mattress is cheap the facilities are poor it describes as a cosy luxury lodge and it’s actually an unfinished garage conversion that would suit a desperate emergency accommodation for a family or a student accommodation if you have any kind of disability I would not recommend this property as there is no comfort whatsoever and you will struggle immensely

The beds the poor facility’s the finish the furniture is far from from luxurious it’s cheap and uncomfortable

The stay was ok and space was used well

5.0

The lodge was slightly hidden and tucked away. The outdoor patio space added a nice touch. Bluewater shopping centre is 5 mins away

There was a damp smell. A large wasp nest was right by the door entrance. One of the us was stung.

Weekend stay

7.0

The aesthetic was lovely, having a rustic style house. The beds were very comfy and the place had good heating and aircon. The bathroom was very modern. Easy to get the key from the cabinet

The main light wouldn't always turn on or randomly turn off even with a sensor. The switch above the bed didn't work either. Can hear the neighbours easily and hear them walking above. Had some random bangs during the night as well. Cooking facilities were limited, and so was the washing up area.
