It was an awesome Bed and Breakfast that we would return to in the future and will highly recommend to friends.
10.0We enjoyed the location because we wanted to be close to the wineries and in particular Point of Bluff concert venue. It was quiet and peaceful as well as exceptionally maintained both inside and out. Our hosts, Jeanette and Steve, were so friendly and accommodating. They offered suggestions on local spots to visit.

Great except for cold showers!
8.0Beautiful, cozy B&B with impeccable service and fantastic breakfast. Wonderful hosts and perfect location esp. for Keuka Lake explorers.
− Everything but the shower was great! Showers gave 45 - 90 seconds of hot water before switching to ice cold. Shower pressure also barely adequate. Room was tiny - something we should have researched more as I’m sure larger rooms are available at the property.
