7.0− The drain was clogged when I used the shower last time. The room wasn't cleaned very thoroughly either, but overall it was acceptable.

8.0The space inside the capsule is quite big, the light & air from aircond is adjustable, got mirror, usb & type C plug. The room, cabinet & capsule bag needs access card to go in, safety is quite ok. The design of the capsule is nice & morden
− The material of capsule is plastic/nylon, there is no soundproofing, can hear the sounds outside capsule clearly. Lack of kitchen utensil (no spoon / cup / plate ...) the toilet is mixed gender, no hanger inside the bathroom.... The bedsheets / blanket is not clean ...feel itchy on hand & leg on next day
