The owner is helpful & friendly, he responded to us in a timely manner. The condo & facilities was well maintained, clean & tidy. The check in process flows were easy & self explained with a clear pictorial guidance.

everything you need in home stay you can get here . we spend 2 night here but still feel not enough .

− just minor issue Panasonic water heater maybe not enough power to heat up the cool water .

A spacious apartment unit, as good as calling it home

The owner is super friendly. The instructions for check-in were clear, making it easy to obtain the access key and park my car. There are two parking spaces, but I only used one. It was a bit challenging to find the residence initially because the area is still developing, with ongoing construction (but no noise, so don't worry). The living room and kitchen area are spacious, and the bedrooms and toilets are clean. There are plenty of toilet papers, with both 3-ply and 2-ply tissues available. You can cook in this unit and enjoy meals with your family members, as there are plenty of plates, cutlery, and cooking utensils. You can even make French-pressed coffee at night. There's a rice cooker, no COWAY, but there's a water dispenser to keep your water warm, a microwave to heat up food, a fridge, a washing machine, and space to hang clothes outside. The WiFi was super strong, and the children loved it. The TV is functioning well. I appreciate the door lock system, similar to the one in K-drama. Above all, I like this unit because it is huge, clean, accommodating, and has super-fast WiFi.

− I particularly liked the mattresses; they are akin to hotel mattresses. However, the pillowcases and bedsheets need to be changed due to yellow stains from previous guests. These were old stains, probably from body fluids and food. Slippers are provided, as seen in the pictures. Thank you owner for being so thoughful. They are good to use at night because it can get cold, but some of the slippers need to be changed due to old stains and dirt. This unit is located on a hilly surface, (residential area) so if you're adventurous, you can walk down from the residence to restaurants located downhill (a western cafe). There are Old Town, 7-Eleven, Watson, and a Kelantanese restaurant across the road. The area is a bit dark at night. Although this area is near Kea Farm, the traffic can be challenging, regardless of whether it's a school holiday or not.
