10.0You can hardly get more japanese than this. The fact the owner lives in the apartment above is more of a plus, than anything else. Super helpful, very thorough with everything.
− Without a car, it is harder to get around Matsumoto and surroundings. The walk to train is 10 minutes, no issues here. Then again, this is a very minor inconvenience and can actually be regarded as a plus, being in a quiet neighborhood. Maybe the water heater gets a little tricky, but still manageable.

− J’ai du faire moi même mon lit La propreté était médiocre, beaucoup de cheveux sur les draps et dans les pièces que j’utilisais. Certains éléments de la maisons n’étaient pas nettoyés de fond en comble. Le stationnement est payant
Good for guest who would like to stay away from the city, love calming atmosphere and love to walk to explore things.
10.0The property locate in nice neighborhood area, just a few stop by JR train to Matsumoto city. It may dark at night when you walk back to home but it’s not scary at all and with daylight, there is lots of nature and mountain around. The ower also very informative, he suggest lots of nice places around the area :) we would definitely come back again.
