− L'accès n'est pas correctement indiqué ni défini. Le numéro donné n'existe pas sur la rue indiquée, l'accès se fait par un parking à proximité dans une autre rue; Il manque la clim pour au moins la chambre; l'équipement vaisselle est insuffisant, les prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas, il faut tenir la prise appuyé en contact pour faire chauffer de l'eau, griller du pain, etc... Pas de machine à café alors qu'elle est indiquée; Code WIFI non communiqué à l'arrivée; Pas de lave vaisselle; Le prix payé ne correspond pas à la prestation servie; sinon : tutto va bene
