10.0− The hotel’s location was difficult to find, and we spent about 24 minutes searching for it. Other than that, everything was very good. We really enjoyed our stay and had a pleasant experience overall.

− Мы забронировали две виллы на 2 семьи, чтобы остановиться на 1 ночь проездом на Севане.Когда мы приехали на место, оказалось, что они все заняты и свободных мест нет. Мы проехали пять часов с детьми! Женщина на ресепшене ничего не понимала, тут же позвонила хозяину, который примчался через две минуты и сказал, что он нас разместит в лучшее жилье. По итогу нас привезли на какую-то базу отдыха для алкашей, которые приезжают туда пить, гулять и т.д. Это был откровенный бомжатник с мебелью, которую обычно выбрасывают на помойку, воняющую псиной и грязью и еще попросили с нас денег за это. Насколько там было отвратно, приложу фото. Мы попытались найти другое жилье, но на 8 человек это было нереально и пришлось остаться на ночь. Никому не рекомендую этих товарищей, стандартный армянский развод, когда бронируешь одно, а по приезду оказывается, что жилья нет и тебя везут в бомжатник.

5.0La cabaña estaba bien distribuida y era bonita, pero le faltaba limpieza y mantenimiento, la cocina olía raro. Las camas eran cómodas. Las toallas no estaban del todo limpias. No volvería
− Falta de limpieza y de mantenimiento. Esta en medio de un bosque y hay muchas arañas y bichos en el interior

10.0Это великолепное место в 2 минутах ходьбы от озера, на охраняемой территории, в сосновом бору. Несколько вилл рядом, очень чисто, прекрасный берег и качество воды.

4.0The house was nice and relatively new, the location was close to the sea.
− It was quite dirty, we left the kitchen cleaner than it was before! Additionally there were no sheets for the blanket, a simple standard we never experienced before... :-/
