Bad service.
1.0The ambience of the resort was really good.
− The staff & manager was never available, pool was unclean, surprisingly no food was available at the property. This property we chose as an over night stop for the family (including two toddlers). Before arriving we had messaged the property asking about food availability as we didn’t want to go out or drive during our halt. We didn’t receive any message informing us that due to the current situation the resort is non-functional. Additionally the pool was so dirty but the manager literally encouraged us to go into the pool only to find hair & other dirty stuff. Toilet roll was half used. No toiletries in the bathroom. All i can say, may be currently situation is difficult for the property but honestly that doesn’t allow them to not give us service. Even in the morning the manager casually told us to simply carry all our luggage and open the property door and go. Then we put our foot down & demanded help. We stopped for rest but got none. Super disappointed.
