3.0− Sehr unsauber in den Zimmern; auf dem Flur standen leere Schnapsflaschen, es gab offene Schächte und Spiegel und Möbelteile lagen herum; es stank sehr stark

− Es sind Ausländische Arbeiter dort als Nachbarn die sehr laut sind und viel Temperament besitzen

− Übergabe des Schlüsselcode via Internet erwies sich als schwierig, da vor dem Gebäude kein Internet (Weder Telekom noch Vodafone verfügbar, Telefonisch hat es funktioniert.
