− Lack of space to sit out in the sun.
It is a good location renovation work noise made for a poor stay.
3.0The location is very central to everything.
− Unfortunately there was renovation work using power tools going on next door which created a lot of noise for a couple of days.Also one of the bedroom shower drainhole requires unblocking from hair. Also a damp smell on sofa in living room. Also the communal corridor front door being locked is potential unsafe as a fire exit.
