− Sofa wasn’t the most comfortable but we spent most of our time on the beach, walking, in a restaurant or pub or sat at the table in the lovely bay window playing card games and watching the world go by

− Noise at night. Audible music from nearby establishments and anti-social behaviour by nearby streets.
Fabulous location with a few hitches unsuitable for elderly people
7.0Spaciousness, Location, TV, heating - all great.
− I'm a tubby 74. I found the low line settees uncomfortable and very awkward to get up from. Likewise the height of the loo is the shortest I've ever come across. I had to grab the nearby sink to stand up. I felt a tad nervous about the slippy bath that had no mat. There were one or two other minor issues I've informed the owner of.
