3.0La struttura della casa è molto bella, la posizione è ottima, c'è una bellissima vista!!! nonostante sia distante dal mare, nelle vicinanze c'è un percorso di scalette che la collega bene con il lungomare.
− La casa era molto trascurata sia all'esterno che all'interno dell'abitazione. Servizi sporchi e trascurati, soprattutto la cappa della cucina, le docce e i sanitari, polvere sopra e sotto ai letti, all'interno degli armadi e in tutte le stanze. All'esterno il giardino non curato da tempo non ha permesso di sfruttare la vita all'aperto, perché la zona di terreno che fa parte dell'immobile, appena sopra, viene utilizzata come deposito sterpaglie e le aiuole non sono pulite dalle foglie e piante secche, tutto ciò attrae ogni tipo di insetto. Dopo averlo fatto notare, un addetto ai lavori ha tagliato l'erba giusto nel passaggio che collega il cancelletto di entrata con l'ingresso e un piccolo spazio dove ha sistemato un tavolino con le sedie che quindi non abbiamo potuto sfruttare. Esperienza negativa!!
