We had a wonderful stay.
10.0It was clean, three big bedrooms , a good size kitchen and a separate living area upstairs. It had an enclosed dog friendly backyard with outdoor seating and table. It was just off the beach.
A lovely well kept property right next to the beach.
10.0Lovely house. Great location. Walk to the beach. Dog friendly. We had a great stay in this well appointed home with a well equiped kitchen and great back yard with a nice outdoor shower to clean off all the sand. It was so easy to walk our dogs straight down to Nelsons beach for early morning and evening off leash time. We have visited Vincentia many times and this has been the best place we have rented to date.

10.0Great location! Just around the corner from a lovely beach, perfect for little kids, and a playground. Quick drive up the road to the supermarket. Clean, new kitchen with all the amenities meant it was easy to whip up plenty of food. I loved the comfy couch on the front porch to sit and watch the kids play cricket on the nice grassy lawn, and especially appreciated the backyard outdoor shower with hot water

9.0Great location, great renovation (felt like we were the first ones there!), lots of activities available for free (garage had a few great surprises!), close to a dog friendly beach and night sky was fantastic
− Better sound proofing for the main bedroom, although thats hardly something to be worried about!
