7.0The location was excellent. The rooms were a decent size, and the kitchen was nice. It would have been a great value if the cleaning fee wasn’t such a rip off
− They snuck in a $180 cleaning fee, and the apartment was NOT clean when we got there. There was a pair of dirty socks left in the front room. The fridge was not clean and the floors made our feet very dirty. Also, one of the bedrooms was very hot. A small AC unit in there would have made a huge difference in the comfort level. I think the $180 cleaning fee was way out of control considering that it wasn’t very clean.

Awesome location, but NO AC and loud train behind property.
6.0The apartment is conveniently located near multiple restaurants and a few blocks walk away from the beach and pier.
− Unfortunately, this is beyond the control of the Management or Owner, but the property is right behind the Amtrak Train Station. The train always blares its loud air horn. This usually ends at 10 pm. The other major negative is the lack of Air Conditioning. The management or owner should invest in singular room AC units instead of having a central AC.
