− El apartamento necesitaba mantenimiento de algunas cosas y las terrazas a nuestra llegada estaban sucias, sobre todo la que da para la piscina, estaba llena de tierra
Buena ubicación, pero con aspectos a mejorar
6.0− Lo mejor del alojamiento fue su ubicación: cerca de todo lo necesario y en una zona tranquila, ideal para desconectar. Sin embargo, hay varios puntos que deberían mejorar: la limpieza general del edificio, especialmente de las zonas comunes y la piscina, dejaba bastante que desear. En el apartamento, detalles como la cortina de la ducha —demasiado corta— provocaban que el baño se inundara tras cada uso, obligándonos a fregarlo constantemente. También encontramos platos y cubiertos sucios al llegar, además de una cantidad muy limitada de cubiertos. Una de las hamacas estaba rota y los tiradores de los inodoros eran muy duros, lo que hacía incómodo su uso. La comunicación con la persona responsable existió, pero las respuestas tardaban en llegar, lo que generó cierta frustración. En resumen, es un lugar bien situado, pero necesita una revisión general del mantenimiento y la limpieza para ofrecer una experiencia más cómoda.
Cosy and close to the beach
8.0The flat is exactly how it is shown in the pictures, spacious, clean with lots of parking space in front. One terrace in each floor, one with two deck chairs close to the swimming pool. The flat is bright and cosy. The kitchen is well equipped for home cooking. The beds were excellent and we slept above expectations. The old center of El Cotillo is minutes walk away and it is close to the sea.
− The only thing that we did not enjoy was the occasional noise from the building site across the street. They did not work in the evening and during the weekend.

10.0The apartment was very clean and spacious. There's a great private sheltered area by the pool, and the beach is a 2 minute walk away.

10.0The apartment was huge, with 3 large separate bedrooms. The patio had access straight to the side of the pool (though the pool had a safety fence around it). Sea view from the balcony. Two bedrooms are on the ground floor which had access to the outside area through patio doors. Pool area was very quiet. Local area has supermarket, bakery, restaurants, harbour area and beach all within easy walking distance. We were met at the property and given keys with no problem, despite it being 10pm on a Sunday. Really great apartment, highly recommend it.
