Our stay was unsafe, repeatedly disrupted by power and hot water failures, and made worse when the owner dismissed the i
3.0The layout was good and the outside space had potential.
− Power was out all day Sunday and twice on Monday including a midnight outage. We had no hot water until Tuesday evening which meant three days without core facilities like lighting, WiFi, cooker or pool. The villa also had several maintenance issues including broken switches, half the stair lights not working, shower doors removed which caused flooding, an unusable BBQ and litter in the garden. When we reported this the owner was dismissive, said we were lying and mocked our concerns which made the stay stressful rather than relaxing. Booking.com were also unhelpful and dismissive which left us without any meaningful support.

10.0Die Aussicht war wunderschön. Das Haus und die Ausstattung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles neu. Die Gartenanlage ist sehr schön gepflegt.
− Es ist sehr schade, dass es nur in einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage gab. Ebenso hätten wir erwartet, dass der Pool während unseres Aufenthaltes gereinigt wird.
