please change the curtain at living room to light people from outside can see inside living room from carpark side and pool side

In Summary had an excellent stay; will consider renting this apartment again.

Breakfast N/A. Liked the apartment and the surrounding environment. Most well stocked Mini supermarket I have come across in an Apartment complex. Security was excellent. Marina cafe strip was excellent.

− Apartment Host should employ better cleaners. Kitchen was not in a clean condition. For an upmarket apartment in an affluent complex Host should visit and fix the minor issues. Ex: bedside lamps are not working. Even though we didn't make use of the kitchen, the cook top was unbelievable. The cleaner should use some Gumption and elbow grease. If renters need public transport Rapid Penang is not a good service, saying that Grab is excellent. Walk to Lotus supermarket which has everything you need from Food court to Mr. DIY and every thing in between.

Good sized apartment, but don't expect any views from the balcony other than a carpark wall!

The size of the accommodation, facilities and location are very good. It is close to all the amenities of Marina Mall and a short grab ride to the larger Gurney malls and Georgetown is not too far away. Please note that although its a good sized comfortable apartment, it is looking a bit tired and needs a facelift.

− We booked several months ago and the description then was described as a "sea view" and pictures of balconies overlooking the sea were completely misleading. The only view is that of a white carpark wall! The owner has taken out the misleading elements when we pointed out the issue and expressed our disappointment. We are now more careful and aware of pictures where blinds are drawn or night shots shown where you cannot see out of the windows.

Strategic location, wonderful place and beautiful pool but will not return due to being bossed around.

I liked that it’s strategic My main purpose was to get away for a staycation and unwind and the location is perfect you can head downstairs and there are eateries, grocery marts and also a wonderful place for a walk

− I liked the place I just didn’t fancy how I was bossed around by the host. I will not repeat my stay here due to that. I’m a paid guest and I deserve some space and a certain amount of allowance I checked in past 4pm and the host insisted I leave by 12pm the next day. That’s still acceptable. Next comes the basis of boundaries. He texted me at 1.17am the night before my stay to ask me to confirm when I had contacted him way in advance and didn’t get any reply. It continues I get texted at 7.45 am on the day of check out to be reminded that my check out time is 12pm. I honestly wished I just stayed home because of this experience. I’m not leaving any bad reviews for the place but the whole experience was just not comfortable for me

location is good

− The AD pictures showed this apartment in front of the Marina with a boat and a sea view. The description also clearly mentioned a sea view. it is not true, the only view is a wall of parking garage. even it was hard to see the sky. We contacted with owner and booking customer service, but nothing they can do, nothing is available. also, everything is quiet old, stove is so dirty, i don't know how they got 10 of 10......
