10.0It'a a beautiful lake view cottage approx. 30 minutes drive from halifax. The entire home is clean, cozy and fully equipped with everything we need. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with the cottage, wil definitely come back again!

10.0Like a home away from home. After hours on the road, stepping into this place was like a warm hug. It was dark out when we arrived, so waking up to the lake view was a treat and an instant mood booster! It had everything we needed

Nice but would never stay there again because I guess I should have read the fine print before I was charged $116 in tax

A few tweaks and this place would be much better
6.0Loved the lake access and water craft available for use and how close it is to peggys cove. The property manager also went above and beyond in providing a cable for use to charge our electric vehicle which was extremely helpful.
− The overall cleanliness of the cottage could have been better, especially since there was a flat $150 cleaning fee even though we were there for less than 24 hrs. It would be better to have a sliding scale of a cleaning fee dependant on how long your stay is. When we arrived the entrance smelled like wet dog, we had to air out the place. Also the electric heat came on automatically overnight and we were sweating like crazy even with the A/C on because we had no idea that would be on in early august!
