− Croydon est une ville assez peu recommandable (drogués, personnes parfois agressives, voire folles, beaucoup de sans-abri). À notre arrivée la boîte à clé était mal fermée rendant son ouverture impossible via le code d'accès fourni. Il a fallu forcer un peu sur le boîtier pour finalement ouvrir le boîtier. Le linge de lit ainsi que le linge de toilette n'étaient pas lavés. Accès à aucune chaîne sur la télévision. Pas de volet et des rideaux n’occultant pas complètement la lumière.

8.0It is located on a road filled with shops and restaurants. Very handy for picking up something to eat. Not far from the train station and bus stops. The tram is right in front of the door.
− When we arrived we couldn't get the key out of the security box. Very confusing instructions. Tried contacting the owner and office with no success. The Wi-Fi password wasn't correct and the TV had no channels. The worst is the bad smell in the toilet. It smells of sewage all the time. On leaving we had the same problem with leaving the key in the safety box. Definitely need another system.
