10.0The property I stayed at was a different one and therefore rating that one and not this. As this had some issues. But Sue was so accommodating and spoke with such clamness and tried well to make up for the inconvenience caused. The caretaker at the property was so kind and polite, never bothered us. He was always there when we needed him. The place that we stayed at was absolutely amazing. The attention to detail was immaculate and I could not fault anything. From Sue to the caretaker to the house itself was absolutely amazing and definitely would book another stay with Sue in the future.

− We did not attend as the host indicated the place was unavailable. Due to roof damage. An amazing alternate venue was allocated. Our group of friends were happy and relieved after so much stress when told the night before departure
The house was amaizing, well situated for a family holiday, home away from home.
9.0The kitchen is well equiped and userfriendly.
− The host could have informed us (guests) about the use of TV. Some of us don't have NETFLIX. The host should have a standard TV program like Open View that shows local TV channels and radio stations. It could have been nice for the host to recommend places of interest for the guests to know nearby facilities like grocery shopping, restaurants, parks, and other tourist attractions in the area. Inform the guests about monkeys even though they were not problematic.

10.0I had the pleasure of staying at this Magnificent Beach House with Stunning Ocean Views for 2 days, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. The house itself is absolutely beautiful—spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed to make the most of its incredible location. The ocean views are simply breathtaking, far better than what you see in the pictures (which honestly don’t do it justice!). Watching the sunrise and sunset from the deck was a highlight of the trip. The caretaker was incredibly friendly and always willing to assist, making our stay even more comfortable. It’s rare to find such a perfect balance of great hospitality and privacy. Overall, this place is a hidden gem and offers excellent value for money. Whether you're looking for a peaceful retreat or a scenic spot to reconnect with nature, this beach house is a solid 10/10. Highly recommended!
