− Falta de aire acondicionado, con los ventiladores no es suficiente.Mucha calor.

7.0Immeuble très bien placé, Ana très disponible et agréable, très bonnes literies. Piscine très agréable et le jardin aussi.
− Le bruit des voisins insupportable surtout quand on a un voisin qui se lève à 7h tous les jours et qui fait un maximum de bruit, en faisant le ménage tous les jours en bougeant les meubles! Impossible de dormir le matin et de se reposer. Les murs sont trop fins et pas d’insonorisation, simples vitrages. Manque un lave vaisselle.

− Appartement étouffant simple vitrage pas de clim 2 ventilateurs bruyants ne servant à rien et phoniquement vivons avec les voisins.
