10.0Responsible host, great view, nice location, will definitely book it again when back to Saskatoon!
All three of us were generally pleased and happy and felt the space worked well for our needs.
8.0Having several areas for each of us to work or read or nap or watch tv (living room, dining area, kitchen and extended counter seating, bedrooms). The owner quickly provided a bath mat for me so I could shower without fear of falling. Very much appreciated. Secure parking. Normally I wouldn’t have chosen a place on the 20th floor (it wasn’t mentioned in the listing). But we all enjoyed the view. Free laundry. Big screen tv during FIFA games.
− The condo didn’t present quite as new and clean as in the photos (carpeting looked a bit old/stained, cracked bathroom sink, blanket in queen bedroom was dirty, discoloured and peeling stipple in bathroom). We had originally planned on having a barbecue but the barbecue and that area of the balcony was covered in pigeon poop. We didn’t spend much time on the balcony (normally a favourite place) because it made us feel dizzy or nervous.

8.0I enjoyed that the property was very close to downtown and the great paths along the river. The place was very clean and had everything we needed.

9.0The location was perfect, central for all our needs. The apartment was quiet, well equipped and very spacious. Overall, the apartment, the underground car park and immediate area were very safe environments.
− Pigeons we're naking a home of the balcony. The only downside to living on the 20th floor.

8.0Very lovely little condo with great views. Quiet and comfortable beds and furniture. Well equipped kitchen.
− The underground parkingbis a bit scary for solo travellers. And downtown Saskatoon has some urban issues that you have yo be careful o at night.
Would definitely stay here again when we are in Saskatoon!!
