10.0The place was clean, they gave free coffee, the TV was a decent size as well. The room is kinda small but that doesn't bother me, it's only meant for 2 people max anyways.There's all kinds on utensils. There's also a microwave, fridge and a minni oven which was great. It was pretty quiet, no loud noises. I'll definitely come back to book here again if I happen to be in Miami again alone.
− The water in the shower doesn't really get hot, and it takes a while to just warm up. Also bring your own toilet paper, the one in the bathroom feels like notebook paper

− Quand il pleut beaucoup on ne peut pas manger à l'extérieur car malgré la protection, la pluie mouille tout. Ce qui complique les choses au moment de manger car pas de table à l'intérieur. Nous avons dû nettoyer le barbecue qui était très sale
