Great location, easy contact with our host and I loved the hot outside bath I had while it was 0.1c 🥶 in the morning.

Excellent to have enough room for six adults plus 3 fur babies. Comfortable beds with excellent blackout curtains. Comfortable lounge and dining area with plenty of seating and well heated. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need, as well as pet bowls if required. Handy to have a laundry if needed. Back decking would be great in warmer weather and has a nice outlook. Enough driveway for 3 cars to be off the street and behind a closed gate overnight. Nice big back yard. Front yard nice and secure when gates closed. Location good as far as accessibility to everything via car or reasonable walk to main street.

− Bathroom is a little basic. For instance a soap holder or small shelf in the shower would be great when using your own products. Backyard fencing wasn't really in good enough condition in parts. Meant we couldn't let our big dog off leash. House is very close to railway line which means the midnight train was very close when it sounded its horn at the crossing. Didn't worry us as we were up late.

Super easy to enter. Got the door code on the morning of check in. The owner was very helpful and friendly. The kitchen is big and very comfortable to cook in. The beds were great, comfy and clean. For a family stay, it was great! There are some games that we could use, there was a high-chair for our toddler and a huge garden to play in. The location is a 10 minute walk from Creswick centre and also 10 minutes walk to the lake.

− The place wasn't clean as expected. It has a bathtub inside and outside. The inside bath had hair in it and the one outside was full with mud. Overall the bathroom and the toilet room need some renovation. The bathtub inside was all teared apart with its coating, I didn't feel comfortable to bath my child. The shower water tap was broken. The toilet room was full of moths every night and morning. Probably a net for the back door could be useful.

Great place to relax and chill. Everything you need was there and easy access to town for dinner.

Great location, short walk into town. Everything we needed was in the house. Great for our dog with enclosed yards and even dog bowls if you had forgotten yours. Books and games also available to chill out. Nice to sit out back on the deck chairs when the sun was shining.

− We couldn’t find anything to dislike. There is a train station nearby and sometimes you may notice the train whistle.

A very comfortable stay with excellent facilities and an outstanding, responsive host — highly recommended.

The house was very clean and exactly as described on the website, matching the photos and information perfectly. It had all the amenities we needed, including a modern kitchen, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, and a very clean bathroom. Everything was well prepared for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The owner was exceptional — very responsive, helpful, and quick to provide any information or assistance we needed. This was truly one of the strongest points of the property.
