The complex is located in an excellent area. Very good quality everything and the service is first class

− The property when we arrived the girl was still cleaning the place excellent but it was noticeable there were no mess and ness because of the issue of being private and not of the complex

I like the hotel itself, but I will not book this room again.

The hotel itself was wonderful, with a very nice outside area, located right on the oceanfront. There were kids’ rooms, and everything was great. I really liked that the room was spacious.

− The only downside was an additional charge of $135, up to 2 people for using all the features. I didn’t like that there was no cleaning service in the room and the towels were not changed. Even though we were informed about this in advance, it still affects the vacation experience. I also didn’t like that no shampoo, conditioner, or shower gel were provided. Additionally, I noticed that the mattress cover under the sheet had someone’s blood on it, and the sheet itself was dirty with strange stains. I didn’t like that there was no bath mat in the shower — it was extremely slippery and the floor was very cold. There was also no tea or coffee provided, although when I asked the owner, he did bring some.

Big problem with this, it's hidden fee. When we came to check in, Trump international charges us $722.25 for service. So, we paid $843 for room and $722.25 for service of hotel. Cheaper next time to make reservation at hotel.

The location.

− Poorly maintained. There is no kitchen to cook in. Beware! In addition to what you pay through Booking.com, upon arrival, I was charged $145 per night (there was no cleaning service in the room and the towels were not changed). I complained, but they told me this was reported at the time of booking, but it's a lie; they never inform you. Neither Bookin.com nor the property took responsibility for anything. I do not recommend this room at all.
