8.0This property has the potential to be great but they need to work on the details. PROS: Location is fantastic. Apartment was clean and nice layout. Bathrooms were spacious. CONS: The listing says it sleeps twelve but it only has enough beds for ten. It is advertised as lake view but we looked out at the neighbouring trailer park. They never sent checkin information. You have to call an information phone number to get access codes, which is an extra hassle you don’t want when traveling. Kitchen is poorly stocked with old, broken and falling apart Dollar Store kitchen utensils, knives and supplies. It was hard to cook anything. Frying pans were so old with the Teflon flaking off, it was unusable. There was barely enough plates and cutlery for six people to eat. Garburator was broken and food from the previous visitors was still in the sink. Listing says pet friendly, which is great, but there are signs everywhere in the building saying no pets allowed. If you text the information number, they will send people to help. They were very friendly and did their best to help solve issues but it’s super annoying to have to call/text for basic items that should be stocked in a standard kitchen. Check in is late and check out is early, which takes away from the value and convenience of the booking. Listings says free parking but that’s only if you park on the street. If you want to park in the property’s garage, you have to pay an additional charge per night per car.

10.0When we arrived we stayed on one suite that was so dirty, used. It wasn’t pleasant. But I am grateful that it’s easy to connect to your CSR. He moved us to Suite 303 where everything is clean, nice and very organized. Only one thing they forgot to clean, just the microwave but all in all we enjoyed our stay in Suite 303. Thank you for accomodating us!
